Special care instructions: Do not get wet, do not expose to excessive heat, do not apply perfume.

Cleaning: Clean with water and detergent, then dry with a soft cloth.

Failure to pay for the order within 4 days of the date it was finally placed will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.

You can cancel your order at any time until it has been shipped, and you will receive a refund of the amounts paid.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

After receiving the order, the customer has 30 days to return or exchange their item, starting from the date of shipment, without needing to state the reason or request a refund, in accordance with the law, namely Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14 .

Return shipping costs are covered by Susana Barbosa for returns and initial exchanges. For subsequent exchanges, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer (except for quality issues).

How should you do it?

Place your item in its original packaging, along with all supporting documents, ensuring it shows no signs of use. Attach the return address information to the outer packaging.
