Failure to pay for the order within 4 days of the date it was finally placed implies automatic order cancellation.
You can cancel the order at any time until it is dispatched, and you will receive a refund for the amounts paid.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 30 days to return or exchange his item, from the date of dispatch, without the need to indicate the reason or refund, according to the law, namely , DL no. 24/2014, of February 14 .
The return costs are borne by Susana Barbosa in case of return and first exchange. In subsequent exchanges, shipping costs will be borne by the customer (except for quality reasons).
How should you do it?
Place your item in the original packaging, with the respective documents, without any trace of use. Paste the information with the return address on the outer packaging.
