Failure to pay the order within 4 days from the date it was finally placed implies the automatic cancellation of the order.
You can cancel the order at any time until it is shipped, and you will receive a refund of the amounts paid.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 30 days to return or exchange their item, from the date of dispatch, without the need to indicate the reason or reimbursement, in accordance with the law, namely , DL no. 24/2014, of February 14th .
Return costs are borne by Susana Barbosa in case of return and first exchange. In later exchanges, shipping costs will be borne by the customer (except for quality reasons).
How should you do it?
Place your item in the original packaging, with the corresponding documents, without any trace of use. Stick the information with the return address on the outer packaging.
